Residency in Metro Manila is also required.

- 2+ years of progressive business development-related and field B2B sales experience is required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening abilities
- Strong research skills
- Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points
- Must reside in Metro Manila
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation. Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, and networking. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues
- Meeting Conversion Strategy Execution. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet conversion targets. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to potential clients to generate interest
- Physical Prospecting at Events. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to identify and engage with potential clients. Represent the company professionally at events, showcasing our products/services and generating interest. Develop event-specific strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion. Collect and manage contact information from potential leads encountered during events. Follow up promptly with new contacts post-event to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Market Analysis. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help refine sales strategies
- Reporting and Documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
Preferred Qualifications
Four years of postsecondary education or a bachelor's degree (preferred)
