Summary

Join a pioneering AI-powered workforce automation startup as a Founding SDR. This remote, US-based role offers a unique leadership opportunity to build the outbound GTM motion from the ground up. You will be the first sales hire, initially functioning as an individual contributor before building a team. The ideal candidate is scrappy, metrics-driven, and strategic, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time, long-term position offering a competitive salary and remote work flexibility.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in a sales development or outbound sales role, ideally with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
  • Experience leading the development, testing and implementation of outbound sales strategies, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas for booked meetings, and driving meaningful revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales engagement tools
  • Experience developing, measuring and analyzing key metrics to evaluate the success of outbound strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who is humble, hungry, and best in class at what they do

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the outbound sales motion to generate qualified leads + meetings, by developing, testing & implementing outbound sales strategies and playbooks (across cold/warm email outbound, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other channels)
  • Set and track key performance metrics across channels & customer segments
  • Run experiments across channels/messaging/strategies and iterate rapidly based on data & metrics
  • Set up and optimize sales tools to drive highly effective prospecting & qualified lead generation
  • Building and maintaining a CRM & continuously nurturing leads to drive conversions
  • Consistently hitting very high outbound activity metrics on a weekly basis across channels
  • Achieving (and exceeding) quotas for qualified lead generation and meetings booked
  • Being a thought partner to the founders on all aspects of outbound GTM
  • (Over time) Building out & managing a team of growth experts and sales reps who can drive various outbound sales strategies
