Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools
  • Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to work within a team or even work independently as needed
  • Knowledge of electronic signature and online faxing technologies is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking); additional language a plus

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process
  • Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, partnerships, social media, and networking events
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social outreach to build relationships and qualify opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies that align with broader business goals
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Analyze and report on lead generation efforts, making recommendations for improvements in processes and strategies
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
