Summary
Join our rapidly growing sales team as a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive new business through inbound and outbound sales efforts, identifying and qualifying leads to fuel our growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools
- Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work within a team or even work independently as needed
- Knowledge of electronic signature and online faxing technologies is a plus
- Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking); additional language a plus
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process
- Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, partnerships, social media, and networking events
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social outreach to build relationships and qualify opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies that align with broader business goals
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Analyze and report on lead generation efforts, making recommendations for improvements in processes and strategies
- Work closely with marketing to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
