Summary

Join Ceros as a Senior SDR and become a rising leader, mentoring other SDRs while mastering core sales skills. You will build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, achieving monthly/quarterly quotas using AI-driven sales tools. Generate qualified meetings through various outreach methods and conform to best practices. Coordinate meetings with sales executives and log activities in Hubspot CRM. This remote-first role offers opportunities for career growth within 18-24 months into Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, or Strategic Accounts. The position provides full autonomy in managing opportunities and contributing fresh insights to the team. Success is defined by consistently meeting or exceeding targets and providing additional team value through leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SDR/Sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor other SDRs
  • Understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest, and handing off to sales
  • Ability to write coherent emails, and willingness to make 3 hours of cold calls a day
  • Ability to articulate unique value propositions and persuade prospects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a changing environment with an ever-evolving product
  • Passionate about start-up culture and impacting the company

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified sales leads and achieving monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Utilize a variety of AI-driven sales tools, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in your approach
  • Your strong grasp of various technologies and their cross-functional applications will be critical, as quick and efficient adaptation to new technologies is a must
  • Generate qualified meetings with potential buyers via phone, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead generation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator, Nooks)
  • Conform to best practices for sales development/business development with regard to telephone calls and e-mails with new prospects
  • Coordinate meetings with sales executives, and log all activities in our Hubspot CRM
