Summary
Join SentinelOne's Sales Development team in Switzerland as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and drive growth for the enterprise sales team. Identify and qualify high-value leads through inbound and outbound outreach, serving as a key link between Marketing and Sales. Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients, generate and qualify leads, manage inbound interest, and understand client needs. Tailor product messaging, cultivate relationships, book meetings for Account Executives, collaborate with the sales team, report on key metrics, and stay updated on industry trends. This is a fully remote position requiring fluency in English and German.
Requirements
- Fluency in English & German ( spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role
- Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning
Responsibilities
- Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients in the Swiss market
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails , and marketing campaigns
- Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client needs, business models, and key decision-making processes
- Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals
- Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment
- Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager
- Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends
- Work from your home office as this is a fully remote set-up!
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
