Collaboration with the SDR team, maintaining detailed records, seeking feedback, and shaping team best practices are also key responsibilities. This role requires 2–3 years of high-volume outbound SaaS sales or SDR experience, strong communication skills, and a value-based selling approach. The ideal candidate is an AI enthusiast with grit, asynchronous communication skills, a bias to action, and a growth mindset. Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of high-volume outbound SaaS sales or SDR experience, ideally working mid-market or enterprise leads. Consistently generated pipeline and worked across varied personas in complex sales environments
- Customer-facing expertise: Comfortable engaging directly with prospects via phone, email, and video to understand their pain points and articulate value
- Value-Based Discovery & Selling: You lead discovery conversations that uncover pain, align with goals, and articulate Superhuman’s value in a way that lands with each unique prospect
- Exceptional communication skills: Masterful at active listening, uncovering customer challenges, and tailoring your message to speak directly to their pain

Responsibilities
- Qualify and disqualify inbound leads through thoughtful, value-driven discovery
- Deliver exceptional first-touch experiences that build trust and reflect Superhuman’s quality
- Engage mid-market and enterprise prospects through personalized outbound emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages
- Use social selling and tailored messaging to spark interest and build a strong pipeline
- Lead discovery calls to deeply understand prospect needs, challenges, and business goals
- Position Superhuman’s value using a consultative, value-based approach
- Collaborate with the SDR team to share insights, iterate on strategy, and improve outcomes
- Maintain detailed, organized records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce
- Constantly seek feedback to refine your approach and improve conversion
- Help shape team best practices and create moments of surprise and delight for future customers
