Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, with a proven track record of optimizing sales processes
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Statistics/Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present executive-level insights
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, as well as data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience in designing and analyzing effective sales compensation plans
- Proven experience in sales planning, including sales forecasting, reporting, territory management, and quota setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives from data and present insights to stakeholders
- Ability to influence and motivate people, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and with remote teams
Responsibilities
- Design and manage sales compensation plans that align with company goals, analyze the effectiveness of existing plans, and make data-driven recommendations to achieve desired outcomes
- Oversee the annual quota-setting process and provide insights on territory adjustments to ensure optimal coverage and drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, conduct targeted analysis, and present executive-level insights to inform decision-making
- Manage key sales planning processes, re-engineer existing workflows as needed, and lead change management initiatives to ensure access to accurate, actionable data for informed decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives, drive organizational alignment, and improve overall sales effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the SaaS industry is a strong advantage
