Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, you will empower Business Development Representatives (BDRs) through dynamic onboarding and impactful training. You will enhance sales strategies and processes for sourcing top-of-funnel opportunities. This role requires strong sales strategy passion, compelling presentation skills, and in-depth SaaS sales process knowledge. The base pay range is $95,800-$134,100 USD, and equity grants are also offered.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or related fields
- In-depth knowledge and experience with SaaS sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Gap Selling
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Development Representatives (BDR) onboarding program, ensuring a seamless and effective integration into the sales team
- Develop, deliver, and update training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills, strategy, and process to improve effectiveness in sourcing top-of-funnel opportunities
- Provide comprehensive training on the solutionsβ impacts and benefits to empower the team with essential product knowledge needed for successful customer engagements
- Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and develop training content that aligns with overall company objectives and strategies
- Serve as the go-to mentor and resource for BDRs, providing guidance and support across all aspects of their role and development

- BDR experience, along with training, instructional design, and sales closing experience
- Strong passion for sales strategy and process, especially regarding top-of-funnel activities
- Compelling presentation skills with the ability to deliver energetic and interactive training sessions
