Join Parloa as a Senior Sales Engineer and drive revenue by showcasing the value of our products and solutions to prospects. Collaborate with clients throughout the sales process, understanding their needs, designing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably at a SaaS vendor
- Deep experience with enterprise technology
- Experience with sales processes and market dynamics
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions
- Work closely with assigned sellers, co-owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory
- Develop territory plans, participate in sales calls, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value sessions with customer technical teams
- Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working
- Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap discussions
- Collaborate with DACH Sales Engineering Team, DACH Enterprise Account Executives, DACH Sales Leadership, product management, customer success, and sales enablement
- Attend external events, team meetings, and annual events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a BPO or channel Partner
- Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony
- Familiarity with sales tools such as SFDC
