Summary

Join Sojern's Americas Property Sales Team as a Senior Sales Manager and play a key role in scaling the Hotel Management Group segment. You will build and grow your book of business by identifying and engaging with qualified prospects, recommending advertising solutions, and achieving monthly quotas. Responsibilities include outbound sales activities, consultative sales, and utilizing Salesforce for reporting. You will also collaborate with Client Success Managers and contribute to process improvements. Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience required (Inside Sales experience preferred), at least 2 of which in the hotels/hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success
  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Must be comfortable and competent in communications with veteran sales managers and commercial leadership
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
  • Proficient use of Salesforce CRM, Gsuite, and Office Products

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale your book of business by identifying and engaging with qualified Hotel Management Group prospects
  • Engage qualified and interested prospects through a high volume of outbound call and email activities
  • Recommend advertising solutions through a consultative sales approach. Deliver persuasive presentations to demonstrate the value of Sojern
  • Achieve monthly quota (20+ IOs Signed) through new business acquisition
  • Balance maintaining current client portfolios (with growth) plus new client acquisition
  • Align monthly with Client Success Managers to review book of business growth strategy
  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines, with the ability to report on KPIs, including individual results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvements around the Sales process, tools, and efficiency
  • Foster an energetic and collaborative team environment
