Summary
Join StackAdapt, a leading self-serve advertising platform, as a Senior Sales Manager and unlock programmatic advertising revenue from brands across multiple verticals. You will own client relationships, drive DSP adoption through solutions-oriented selling, and understand clients' long-term business objectives. This role involves working closely with Client Services teams, presenting new campaign strategies, and building strong relationships. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to UK-based candidates. You will be responsible for identifying and closing sales deals, building prospecting strategies, leading RFP responses, and communicating client feedback internally. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advertising and marketing technology, a strong network in digital advertising, and proven success in exceeding revenue expectations.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience at an Advertising and or Marketing technology company
- Established network in digital advertising, with a particular focus on brands
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels , up to and including the C-Suite
- A deep knowledge of a brand's buying process with the ability to navigate complex procurement and new partner onboarding conversations
- Appetite to travel and present in front of senior decision makers at brands
- A solutions-oriented approach: ability to understand and communicate customer challenges and pain points and navigate internally to help solve challenges
- A deep understanding of the programmatic advertising and marketing technology ecosystem
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and story-telling ability
- A growth mindset - a desire for continuous learning and self-development
- A hunter mentality: are you someone who loves identifying new opportunities for growth and seeing them through to close?
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- MEDDICC trained or similar sales methodology
Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close media and platform sales deals with mid to large-sized brand direct clients
- Build and execute prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities
- Lead the response to RFPβs, working cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class strategies to prospective clients
- Establish and cultivate relationships with top executives across your client base
- Communicate client feedback internally to help shape product development by engaging with stakeholders across sales, product and engineering
- Partner with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts strategically by pitching in new products and solutions
- Showcase the benefits of StackAdapt's media buying platform through detailed product demonstrations
- Accurately manage and communicate quarterly forecasts and pipeline
- Meet clients regularly (both virtually and in person) to build relationships and accelerate account growth
