Requirements

- Have solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
Responsibilities
- Partner with Americas BP, Sales Operations team, and overall Revenue Operations team to evaluate the general health of the sales organization in EMEA & APAC
- Lead high quality and efficient operational programs to drive forecast accuracy & visibility, sales productivity, sales activity tracking, territory management, and policies across the regions and segments
- Provide guidance, insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team focused on increased revenue growth while improving overall sales team performance and effectiveness
