Summary

Join Saviynt's Revenue Operations team as a Salesforce Administrator and play a key role in managing the company's critical Salesforce system. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for administering the setup and configuration of Salesforce.com, integrating third-party applications, monitoring system health, and staying up-to-date on industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce administration, developer, or release experience supporting an enterprise-level SFDC instance
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and administration, including custom fields and objects, workflows, assignments rules, validation rules, formula fields, deployment, governor limits, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Passionate about Salesforce.com ; regularly following Salesforce trends and best practices
  • Salesforce.com Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Advanced Administrator certifications are required
  • Experience with Salesforce data management tools (e.g. Data Loader or DemandTools)
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and Developer Workbench is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Administer Saviynt’s Salesforce system setup and configuration including custom fields and objects, layouts, user provisioning, security, and permissions
  • Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes and users to understand the impact on configuration, workflow, and permission changes
  • Integrate third-party applications and packages
  • Monitor and report on Salesforce system health and usage
