Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including its configuration, implementation, and enhancement
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams
- A strategic thinker capable of translating product requirements into effective solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for dissecting dashboards/reports and a commitment to resolving issues
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to oversee complete processes and drive enhancements
- A proactive approach to platform improvements and a dedication to excellence
Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead administrator for a Salesforce environment supporting over 500 users (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Oversee all advanced administrative functions, including but not limited to, user account maintenance, complex reports and dashboards, advanced workflows, custom automations, and system integrations
- Lead the management and ongoing improvement of the Salesforce CPQ implementation, ensuring it aligns with business needs and scales effectively with growth
- Spearhead implementation plans for system enhancements, including the development and execution of a comprehensive QA plan before rollout
- Conduct regular internal system audits, preparing for and managing upgrades, and ensuring the system's integrity and data consistency
- Drive the integration of internal systems into the Salesforce environment, with a keen focus on maintaining data integrity and consistency across platforms
- Gather requirements from users, provide insightful feedback on design documents, and oversee the smooth delivery of solutions following stringent Quality Assurance processes
- Innovate and optimize processes and workflows to minimize system load and simplify operational complexities
- Act as the technical liaison for Salesforce and related sales-support tools, establishing and enforcing best practices for integration and QA/audit processes
- Proactively seek out opportunities to leverage Salesforce to enhance business processes, productivity, and efficiency across the organization
- Design and implement scalable solutions that embody best practices for a rapidly expanding organization
- Provide timely responses to queries and support in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- B.A/B.S in related field
- Salesforce certification
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ - Advantage
- Experience in DevOps/release management
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Flows
- Experience with CLM systems such as Conga
- Experienced with data ingestion into Salesforce, including using SQL
