Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior social media analytics role, with a proven ability to lead data analysis and provide strategic insights
- Deep expertise in social media platforms, their functionalities, and the broader marketing and digital advertising landscape, with the ability to guide teams in leveraging these tools effectively
- Demonstrated ability to drive campaign performance through social media analytics, showcasing a track record of using insights to optimize and improve outcomes at a senior level
- Advanced project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage complex projects across teams and stakeholders
- Extensive experience in creative storytelling, synthesizing channel insights, and presenting consumer data to senior marketing stakeholders, making data accessible and actionable
- Expertise in conducting data analysis, including data cleanup and normalization, and providing strategic recommendations that influence senior-level decision-making
- Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST
Responsibilities
- Construct detailed reports and visual presentations with a problem-solving and optimization mindset, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding reporting deliverables and data-related inquiries, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications
- Lead data analysis, cleanup, and normalization processes, developing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis
- Dive into user engagement and conversion data to assess the effectiveness of copy and community management tactics, driving continuous optimization
- Proactively research audience targets and online fan communities, making strategic recommendations on engagement to enhance campaign performance
- Evaluate processes and reporting structures to identify areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to optimize workflows and outcomes
- Mentor and support junior team members in data analysis and reporting best practices, helping to elevate the overall teamβs capabilities
- Utilize data insights to shape and refine business strategies, ensuring social media campaigns align with overall business goals and drive measurable results
- Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate data-driven insights into broader business objectives, influencing strategy across departments
