Senior Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will provide technical expertise on complex crypto processing products, lead solution assessments, and define technical proof of concepts. You will create solution architectures connecting third-party vendors with internal systems, maintain the software roadmap, and ensure solutions conform to target-state architecture. Requirements

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience
• 3+ years of development or software engineering experience
• Experience leading solution assessments, including vendor evaluations
• Experience with distributed architecture frameworks and cross platform integration
• Hands-on experience with various SDLC methodologies and related tools
• Experience architecting/operating vendor agnostic solutions
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
• Experience implementing high volume, mission critical, production systems
• Ability to establish business relationships built on trust, transparency, collaboration, and accountability
• Experience with event driven, microservices architecture
• Excellent judgment and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
• Experience with building highly secure systems
• Strong expertise in system design/integration patterns
• Basic understanding of cryptographic solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on complex products in crypto processing domain
• Lead solution assessments, including market scans and vendor evaluations
• Define technical proof of concepts as needed to vet potential solutions
• Create solution architectures that connect 3rd party vendor products with internal ecosystem using standard integration patterns
• Maintain software roadmap illustrating the progression of technology capabilities required to meet the future-state business vision
• Design, direct and perform governance activities to ensure solutions conform to target-state architecture
• Partner with product, delivery and technology leadership to deliver complex solutions to enhance business capabilities
• Partner with security and ITSM teams to ensure solution architecture incorporates best practices for data privacy and security
