Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role; Preference for 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and challenges customers face with the adoption of infrastructure platforms
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
- Experience in delivering on-site and remote training to partners and customers, assistance with the development and maintenance of the training and workshop material itself
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of customers
- Build and maintain time-to-value mappings and roadmaps, with a keen eye for optimizing solution implementation efficiency
- Expertise in customer enablement including technical training, boot camps, hackathons, and guided sessions
- Architectural outlines should consistently reflect high-quality designs that cater to the needs of senior IT stakeholders within customer organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Engineering and Support, handle escalated issues, and contribute to product development
- Actively shape and influence product growth and scalability by designing new offerings and innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge-sharing with less experienced team members
- Contribute to and leverage the knowledge repository, adding design best practices, customer insights, and innovative ideas
- Solve problems, tackle intricate technical challenges, create innovative solutions, and provide guidance to your team and customers
