Requirements

  • Robust experience in software consulting, ideally from a consulting firm or technology business, with a solid foundation in software delivery and project management
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with a proven track record in project management
  • Superior communication and presentation skills capable of effectively translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a startup environment, characterized by responsibility, autonomy, enthusiasm, humility, and drive
  • Direct experience and client-facing expertise in usage of JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, and other commonly used web technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions critical for companies whose financial sustainability depends on targeted audience engagement and precise campaign measurement in programmatic advertising
  • Establish yourself as a domain expert in digital identity technologies, imparting knowledge both internally and externally
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to manage complex or bespoke integrations, address product challenges, and contribute to the development and testing of new features and enhancements on the ID5 platform
  • Provide advanced support to the Sales and Account Management teams on intricate usage queries related to the ID5 platform or services
  • Serve as a primary point of escalation for complex customer support issues, leading troubleshooting initiatives, including JavaScript debugging on client websites
  • Contribute to the growth of our Services practice by developing best practices, customer-facing assets, and internal resources
  • Engage with clients and partners daily through emails and phone/video conferences to ensure their technical and business needs are met

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in adtech is advantageous but not required
