Requirements
- A proven sales engineering or solutions consulting experience in working with large enterprise businesses and have expertise in Procurement
- A capable presenter who can craft compelling narratives in a short span of time
- Genuinely motivated to work on a product that helps solve the world of negotiations
- Comfortable with paving your own way, figuring out what problems are worth solving, and how to solve them
- Ready to build strong business relationships with various stakeholders from some of the biggest companies in the world
- Energized by (or at least feel comfortable navigating) constant change
- Experienced in light programming, preferably JavaScript and front-end development - you donโt need to be an expert, but you need to be comfortable checking out our code and understanding technical requirements
- Excited to be an internal champion, sharing out customers' needs to our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Scrappy and quick - you understand and can demonstrate the ability to move quickly to respond to incoming requests
- Dynamic in your experience - this is a plus but not required! We think former accountants, account executives, or engineers could thrive in this exciting and dynamic role
- You are located in the East Coast
Responsibilities
- Develop and present working prototypes based on our core offering
- Demonstrate (with working prototypes, where appropriate) how Pactum can deliver value to customers and partners
- Develop a strong understanding of Pactumโs capabilities and human capital
- Earn customer trust by developing a deep understanding of their processes, problems and people
- Influence executives to think differently about problems and solutions
- Build compelling business cases that make the best use of Pactumโs core competencies to delight customers
- Sell customers on our solution and vision for the future
- Shape the future of the product, team and solutions
