Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • A strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to creatively tailor configurations/demos
  • Previous experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients
  • Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees)
  • Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and the business drivers around IT
  • Ability to work with Sales Executives and support the sales cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience in writing tenders/proposals
  • Ability to learn new technology and solutions
  • Possess a good level of English (level C1)

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of commercial customer needs
  • Performing pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts
  • Exhibiting mastery of the Sales process and being a trusted advisor for the account representative
  • Working at direction of practice manager to grow the practice
  • Performing product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers
  • Planning and conducting proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers
  • Responding to request for information/proposal documents
  • Staying up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis
  • Conducting transition briefings and preparation for deployment
  • Creating and maintaining templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery
  • Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events
