Summary

Thirdera is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join their Italy team. The role involves pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and acting as a technical point of contact. The candidate should have a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and experience working with large enterprises.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • A strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to creatively tailor configurations/demos
  • Previous experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients, with an ability to convey high-level/complex technical requirements
  • Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees)
  • Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-Suite level contacts
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and the business drivers around IT
  • Ability to work with Sales Executives and support the sales cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience in writing tenders/proposals
  • Ability to learn new technology and solutions
  • Possess a good level of English (level C1)

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of commercial customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts
  • Perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers, both on-site and virtual
  • Plan and conduct proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers
  • Respond to request for information/proposal documents, stay up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis
  • Conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment
  • Create and maintain templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery
  • Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
  • ITIL Foundations and/or Scrum Master Certified
  • Solution and/or process experience with one more of the following is highly desirable: IT Service Management (ITSM); Financial Management (FM); Project Portfolio Management (PPM); DevOps; Agile; HR Service Delivery (HRSD); Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC); Security Operations; IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Cloud Management; Event Management; Infrastructure Discovery/Mapping or any complementary technologies such as Generative AI
