Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
- A strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to creatively tailor configurations/demos
- Previous experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients
- Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees)
- Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and the business drivers around IT
- Ability to work with Sales Executives and support the sales cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in writing tenders/proposals
- Ability to learn new technology and solutions
- Possess a good level of English (level C1)
Responsibilities
- Act as technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of commercial customer needs
- Performing pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts
- Exhibiting mastery of the Sales process and being a trusted advisor for the account representative
- Working at direction of practice manager to grow the practice
- Performing product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers
- Planning and conducting proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers
- Responding to request for information/proposal documents
- Staying up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis
- Conducting transition briefings and preparation for deployment
- Creating and maintaining templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery
- Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events
