Senior Solution Consultant

Summary

Thirdera is seeking a confident, experienced Senior Solution Consultant with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with large enterprises. The role involves assisting sales personnel, performing product demonstrations, conducting proof of concept and proof of value, and acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients
• Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees)
• Ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-Suite level contacts
• Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and the business drivers around IT
• Ability to work with Sales Executives and support the sales cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Experience in writing tenders/proposals
• Ability to learn new technology and solutions
• Possess a good level of English (level C1)

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting sales personnel in qualifying commercial customer needs
• Perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers
• Conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
• ITIL Foundations and/or Scrum Master Certified
• Solution and/or process experience with one more of the following: IT Service Management (ITSM); Financial Management (FM); Project Portfolio Management (PPM); DevOps; Agile; HR Service Delivery (HRSD); Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC); Security Operations; IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Cloud Management; Event Management; Infrastructure Discovery/Mapping or any complementary technologies such as Generative AI
