Senior Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Career Renew as a Senior Solutions Engineer and contribute to the development of humanity's first Blind Computer, a decentralized network leveraging privacy-enhancing technologies. This fully remote role (Europe/US based) involves prototyping, building, and experimenting on the network, creating new use cases, and working with product and engineering teams. You will become a subject matter expert on the SDK, support external partners, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. The role requires hands-on work with customers, creating prototypes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. Success in this position requires significant experience in full-stack engineering, customer-facing roles, and a startup environment.

Requirements

• Have 5 years experience as a Full stack Engineer (Python & Rust experience)
• Have strong Proficiency in unix CLI environment
• Have 2 years experience in customer facing roles
• Have experience working in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert and superuser of our SDK. This will include updating documentation and providing support for our external partners and developers building their products on our network
• Communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences to bridge the gap between developers and business
• Provide feedback to the broader team on how we can improve customer integration processes and implement strategies to get more developers and companies to launch on the network
• Work hands-on with prospects and customers to find solutions to their business requirements while demonstrating and communicating the value of our technology throughout the sales cycle, from demos, proof of concepts, all the way to production implementation
• Create prototypes (apps, programs, systems) on the network
• Work closely with the product team to understand the user needs and problems
• Work closely with the engineering team to find solutions for these problems
• Create comprehensive solution diagrams for internal and external communication

Preferred Qualifications

Have Web3 experience or expertise in Cryptography, Blockchain or MPC
