Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and develop technical strategies to meet those needs
- Lead Technical Pre-Sales Engagements: Drive conversations around integration, data migration, and custom technical solutions
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice for the customer, helping gather and relay feedback to product teams to ensure future product development aligns with customer needs
- Mentor and Coach Sales Teams: Guide and train Account Executives on HubSpotβs capabilities, helping them create value-oriented solutions for prospects
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with SEs across the globe on initiatives that improve team processes and customer outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API integrations, data migrations, or technical architecture is a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms will help you hit the ground running
