Requirements

• Broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technology
• Curiosity to maintain and develop new knowledge
• 3-to-10 years of experience in the IT industry (early or mid-level experience)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong command of business English
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritise between competing demands
• Demonstrating empathy with customers and quickly identifying challenges and pain points they face
• Understanding of “how the internet works”

Responsibilities

• Aid your customers
• Work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support
• Seek out and create scalable solutions for customer's needs
