Join Illustrative Mathematics (IM) as a Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics and Systems and play a critical role in building and maintaining the infrastructure for IM’s marketing and communications performance. This role requires advanced expertise in CRM optimization, campaign analytics, email marketing systems, SEO, and workflow automation. You will make IM’s marketing measurable, data-informed, and scalable. Responsibilities include campaign deployment, audience segmentation, dashboard creation, and technical troubleshooting. Senior Specialists at IM drive complex projects, produce high-quality work, contribute to strategic planning, and collaborate across teams. They serve as thought partners, offering insights and solutions. This is a remote, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of marketing operations, analytics, or CRM optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Strong fluency in data tracking, campaign performance analysis, SEO, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
  • Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing systems, dashboards, and workflows that enable performance tracking and scalable campaign execution—aligning with IM’s broader organizational goals and equity-focused vision
  • Build, format and deploy email campaigns, drip series, and newsletters—applying best practices in audience segmentation, content layout, and email UI to optimize open and click-through rates, while ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and email regulations such as CAN-SPAM
  • Develop and implement processes for campaign reporting, lead generation tracking, and performance optimization—while ensuring alignment with project requirements, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Address and resolve platform-related or data workflow issues, ensuring alignment with campaign, reporting, and compliance requirements and schedules
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Growth team and maintain infrastructure that supports digital advertising, email marketing, CRM segmentation, campaign reporting, and discoverability strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, TikTok Ads, etc
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
  • Strong computer skills with cloud-based systems, especially Google Workspace applications, Asana, Notion, Zoom, and Slack
