Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting
- Strong client communication skills and a passion for helping small businesses
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
- Industry exposure in e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services
- Consulting experience with multiple clients or projects at once
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (required)
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements
- Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts
- Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage multiple client onboarding projects across various industries
- Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines
- Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope
- Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in public accounting or working in a remote, tech-forward environment
