Senior Support Engineer

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Windows and Mac support
• Managing and configuring Office 365 and Entra ID
• MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune and a Mac-specialist tool (e.g. Kandji, JAMF)
• Collaboration/Unified Communications tools and hardware (preferably Teams)
• Service Management practices, including incident/request, change and problem management, monitoring, events and alerting
• Hands-on networking and storage fundamentals, e.g. cable patching, WiFi/AP config, SAN config and disk swaps
• Awareness of Data Protection, Privacy and Governance principles, e.g. CCPA, GDPR

Responsibilities

Manage and configure the tools and technologies Two Circlers use remotely and in offices so they can help clients Build the Future of the Sports Industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Atlassian products (especially Jira)
• Broader Azure infrastructure stack
• Application Packaging
• ITIL Foundation
• Project Management and Delivery
• Experience supporting Creative/Content environments
