Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong expertise in Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Hands-on experience with Intune for device and application management
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), Conditional Access, and MFA policies
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, networking, and cloud-based services

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Configure and enforce security policies
• Use Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device management and compliance enforcement
• Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Azure AD environments
• Implement and manage Group Policies (GPOs), identity protection, and access controls
• Ensure Azure AD Conditional Access and MFA policies align with security best practices
• Integrate and manage CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint detection and response (EDR)
• Deploy and optimize Zscaler for secure web filtering and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• Work with Abnormal Security to enhance email security and phishing prevention
• Collaborate with the Security team to monitor SIEM logs, investigate alerts, and remediate threats
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency
• Optimize Windows and Microsoft 365 performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime
• Manage patching and updates using Microsoft Update Management and Intune
• Act as an escalation point for complex system issues and service requests
• Work closely with IT Security, Networking, and Application teams to ensure system security and compliance
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing for IT team members
• Manage, patch, and configure MacOS and iPadOS via JAMF Pro
• Support and maintain MacOS and iPadOS operating systems
• Responsibilities as assigned based on business need

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint security
• Knowledge of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA)
• Familiarity with Abnormal Security for advanced email threat protection
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, PowerShell, and Active Directory
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or SC-300) are a plus
