Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of proven talent acquisition experience, specifically in sales recruitment, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or travel-tech sectors
• Strong understanding of sales roles, including sales methodologies (e.g., consultative sales, relationship selling), performance metrics, and KPIs
• Advanced sourcing and networking skills, with demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive sales talent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams across regions
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and CRM systems
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive candidate and business information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the travel-tech, telecom, or global technology sectors
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and how they influence recruitment and team-building
• Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the APAC, Arabia, and Africa regions
• Knowledge of regional hiring laws, talent availability, and market conditions across APAC, Arabia, and Africa
