Requirements

• General educational certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles within an organization
• Advanced proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically JazzHR, and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading a recruitment team
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Calendar) or similar tools
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting processes and workflows to attract top talent
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters
• Analyze recruitment metrics, track hiring progress, and present data-driven insights to leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen employer branding
• Drive initiatives that create an inclusive workplace culture, actively sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of candidates
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies
