Keller Executive Search is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their internal HR team. Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for key internal positions
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to support company's rapid growth and evolving needs
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for internal positions
  • Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and executives to understand specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Enhance employer brand to attract high-caliber talent
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with remote recruitment and virtual interviewing is preferred
