Summary

The job is for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Europe, focusing on recruiting top sales talent for Airalo's Growth & Partnerships teams across APAC, Arabia, and Africa. The role involves full-cycle recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers, designing tailored recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, creating a positive candidate experience, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, negotiating offers, tracking recruitment metrics, and staying informed about regional market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of proven talent acquisition experience, specifically in sales recruitment, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or travel-tech sectors

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across APAC, Arabia, and Africa to understand business objectives, Growth & Partnerships hiring needs, and sales talent requirements
• Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier sales professionals
• Proactively build and nurture a strong talent pipeline of high-caliber sales candidates
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates, including resume reviews, behavioral interviews, and competency evaluations to ensure alignment with both role-specific qualifications and company culture
• Create a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on interview best practices, interview panel coordination, and feedback loop optimization
• Negotiate and extend compelling offers that align with compensation benchmarks
