Join Aryng's SWAT Data science team as a Tech Recruiter and own the entire recruitment cycle, from screening to onboarding. This fully remote position, ideal for candidates with 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in data roles, offers a flexible schedule and a non-hierarchical, transparent culture. You will develop recruitment strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The position requires working overlapping hours with the US (8:00 pm to 12:00 am IST).
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in data-related hiring
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify appropriate resolutions for routine and non-routine issues
- Strong technology skills with a willingness to conquer new systems and software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Willingness to work from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am IST (Overlap hours with US)
Responsibilities
- Successfully execute the entire Aryng's recruitment cycle—from Screening to the new hire start date
- Develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals to attract high-quality talent promptly
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, including ATS, networking, and social media
- Work with Aryng's team to grasp job needs and team dynamics for optimal talent fit
- Promote Aryng's values and Remote culture to attract candidates that align with our culture
- Confidently hire Remotely and have knowledge of Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Zoom, Slack, and Workable (or similar)
- Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and fostering genuine, professional relationships
- Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire to improve hiring efficiency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the employer brand via recruitment initiatives
