Summary

Join Employment Hero's Vietnam Hub as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in scaling our Software Engineering team. You will leverage your expertise to attract top-tier talent, partnering with Engineering leaders to develop effective hiring strategies. Responsibilities include attracting passive and active talent, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, conducting assessments, and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for all Software Engineering hiring needs, from Junior to Senior Manager levels. Success will be measured by quality of hire, speed to hire, and increased employer brand awareness. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ proven experience hiring for Software Engineering teams in Vietnam
  • A track record of delivering a best-in-class time to hire
  • Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment that’s fast-paced, high change and Remote First
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Vietnamese), with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Highly commercial outlook
  • Focused, tenacious and highly motivated to meet targets

Responsibilities

  • Talent Attraction - attract the best passive and active talent in the market, via a combination of employer brand campaigns, advertising, events and headhunting techniques. And strongly communicate Employment Hero’s mission, vision and culture, sharing our story with candidates
  • Candidate Experience - deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all Engineering candidates (both successful and unsuccessful)
  • Candidate assessment - Use a combination of interviews and technical assessments to identify the best-suited candidates for Employment Hero
  • Stakeholder engagement - Partner with our Engineering leaders to develop highly effective hiring strategies
  • Process improvements - Identify and deliver improvements across the Talent function, driving increased efficiency and operational excellence across the team
