Summary

The job is for a Team Lead - Learning & Development role at Zensurance, a technology-forward InsurTech company. Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role, with a track record of building and implementing successful training programs
  • Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure the impact of L&D initiatives and inform decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with our business goals and talent needs
  • Design and implement engaging learning programs that cover systems training, process optimization, and essential soft skills
  • Lead the delivery of training modules, utilizing various methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning, blended learning) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to identify and address leadership development needs
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that build critical skills and cultivate a strong leadership pipeline
  • Coach and mentor L&D team members to refine their facilitation skills and ensure consistent delivery quality
  • Establish clear metrics to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives on individual and team performance
  • Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of our learning programs through data-driven insights
  • Regularly report on the progress and impact of L&D programs to senior leadership
