Requirements

  • High School diploma is required
  • 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required
  • Extensive specialized sourcing experience is required in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), automations tools and specialized sourcing methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, client stakeholders, and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex talent attraction challenges and identify creative solutions
  • Ability to think strategically and align talent attraction strategies to business goals
  • Strong sense of collaboration to guide sourcing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry (industries), job markets and talent trends to make informed decision and stay ahead in attracting top talent
  • Effective project management skills to handle multiple recruitment initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in designing talent attraction solutions
  • Ability to leverage data analytics and sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent attraction strategies
  • Familiarity with labour laws in major markets, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements
  • Adaptability to changing business needs, market conditions, and recruitment challenges while remaining resilient in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the client’s workforce needs and develop strategic talent attraction plans aligned with those business objectives
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to oversee recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Promote the employer brand to attract top talent, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice on the market
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent trends, industry benchmarks and best practices, providing valuable insight to recruiters, sourcers and hiring teams to improve recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and high-demand positions, ensuring a continuous supply of qualified talent
  • Screen candidates via effective interview and selection methods, including competency-based questions and assessment tools
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting inclusive hiring practices and ensuring diverse candidate slates
  • Utilize data analytics and sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent attraction strategies and make data-driven decisions for process improvement
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors, as well as liaising with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, industry regulations and data privacy regulations throughout own and team recruitment processes
  • Represent the client’s organization at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to expand the talent network and promote the employer brand
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in talent attraction to continually enhance sourcing solutions
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support the Delivery Lead with daily coaching and direction to the team they are a part of, including leading team huddles to ensure information is shared appropriately
  • Act as the first line of escalation to ensure appropriate levels of sourcing leadership are informed and involved in the solutioning
  • Assist the Delivery Lead in onboarding and training new team members
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field is preferred
  • Global sourcing exposure is preferred
