Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or tech operations
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize internal and external initiatives, and manage time effectively
- Exhibit a grasp on the HR and FinTech sales space
- Be analytical with solid strategy, research, presentation, and expert negotiating skills
- Have an exceptional track record of nurturing noteworthy business relationships in UKI & Israel
Responsibilities
- Develop, drive & execute sales strategy in UKI & Israel to engage clients & new business prospects
- Deliver the companyโs revenue and profitability objectives in UKI & Israel, quarterly and annually through personal effort and leadership of the team
- Be overall responsible for sales (with direct management responsibility for our enterprise segment), local hiring, new business and account management, managing, and developing relationships with top existing and new clients or any other related stakeholders in the assigned region
- Track pipeline, develop and communicate accurate forecasts to senior management
- Develop and implement business plans to deliver agreed commercial objectives in the UKI & Israel market
- Create a strong working mechanism between Sales and Services, focusing on alignment, collaboration and execution
- Ensure productivity and efficiency of the services provided to the clients and high client satisfaction

- Work with Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing and any other companyโs divisions providing structured market feedback and agreeing on positioning, key messages, sales tools, marketing plans, and other required support to meet revenue objectives
- Support senior management and identify key hires and roles needed to grow and develop the regional business
