Senior Technical Program Manager

Summary

Join OLX and contribute to building a more sustainable world through trade by leading large-scale cross-functional programs across all European OLX classified products. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate with engineering and product leaders to ensure work aligns with strategic priorities, manage programs to success, and establish a governance framework for decision making. You will also track program performance, anticipate risks, and work closely with the CTO and CTO leadership team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in software program management, including managing significant cross functional projects in mid-size or large companies using industry standard software development methodologies
• Experience operating at scale, e.g., with teams and products around the world, in fast growing consumer markets
• Experience working directly with executive teams
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Background in developing and/or applying a governance framework for decision making
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional programs through design, development, and market launch across all European OLX classified products
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across Group and business units to ensure work is aligned with the strategic priorities
• Prioritize programs, develop deliverables schedules, track external dependencies and commitments, manage stakeholders
• Manage programs to success, determining and mitigating risks, assessing and communicating status, providing programs visibility
• Establish and apply a governance framework that works across business units and functional areas for driving decision making
• Track program performance using success metrics, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and collaborate to fine tune programs as needed
• Manage a portfolio of programs using tools and analytics to ensure programs are meeting business unit and Group goals across OLX
• Work closely with the CTO and CTO leadership team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Product Manager or Software Engineer
