Requirements

  • Must live in India
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in recruiting for technical and developer roles
  • Recent work experience with minimal gaps in employment history, focusing on long-term projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for developer and technical roles
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the recruitment team on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline
