Join Vanta as a remote Senior Technical Recruiter and play a key role in building our global engineering teams. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective talent strategies, analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights. This role requires 5-8 years of experience in technical recruiting, proven stakeholder partnership skills, and a strong track record of closing candidates in complex scenarios. Requirements
- Experience: 5β8 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Full-Cycle Recruiting, preferably within dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Stakeholder Partnership: Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to executives, with a demonstrated skill in strategic influence
- Closing and Negotiation: Strong track record of successfully closing candidates in complex offer scenarios, including those involving privately held, venture-backed companies, as well as publicly held entities
- Remote Performance: Demonstrated ability to excel in remote work settings while maintaining high performance standards and adaptability in rapidly evolving conditions
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from Sourcing through Closing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless transition into onboarding, providing candidates with an excellent experience from offer acceptance to their first day
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Develop and maintain a high bar for assessment of candidatesβ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate assessments or pre-interview exercises as required
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to conceptualize and execute a formative assessment, talent and hiring strategy, aligned with Vantaβs broader, strategic initiatives
- Data Analysis and Influence: Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
