Requirements

• Have proven experience in SEO copy editing and are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Be skilled at providing constructive feedback to writers while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Excel at optimizing content for SEO, driving better performance and conversions
• A bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in SEO-focused editing or writing
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with AP Style
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine destination guides, ensuring SEO optimization and alignment with the brand’s tone of voice
• Collaborate with junior writers to provide feedback and manage deadlines
• Ensure all content aligns with our SEO guidelines and brand tone
• Produce engaging and accurate articles that align with client guidelines
• Optimize existing content to improve performance and increase conversions
• Regularly check in with the team to ensure alignment and track progress

• Have an eye for selecting strong editorial imagery to complement written content
