Requirements

• Must have: Proficient in any CMS, Prolific web page builder in HTML, CSS, JS
• Should have: SVG animation experience, Dynamic elements on page, Implementing with a designer
• Nice-to-have: PHP, React, Some back end experience
• Content: Strong writing ability, SEO copywriting experience, Understanding of user intent
• Analytical: Experience with SEO tools and analytics, Data-driven decision making
• Execution: Self-starter with proven track record of shipping content that drives growth, Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on creation

Responsibilities

• Manage template engine: Own and scale our template library as a key growth engine
• Research, categorise and optimise templates to maximise discovery and adoption
• Drive the roadmap for template expansion and performance
• Create high-impact content focussed on driving sign ups
• Write compelling meta titles, descriptions and page content that converts search traffic into users
• Balance quick wins with strategic long-term content
• Monitor and analyse organic search performance across template library and content
• Use data to identify winning patterns, problem areas and growth opportunities to inform strategy and execution
• Drive systematic improvement of organic landing pages through testing and iteration
• Optimise user journey from search to template to sign up
• Test new content types, template categories and conversion tactics
