Join our dynamic team at Nagarro to work on ServiceNow implementation across global locations. As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will provide technical expertise and develop solutions for integration tests.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in ServiceNow development
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Integrations
• Good understanding of ITIL
• Speak and write fluent German and English

Responsibilities

• Work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow
• Be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration
• Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design
• Develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component Integration Tests
