Requirements

• Software engineer, technician, technologist or related Education Certificate
• Experience working under ITIL framework. Certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience working in software development
• Advanced JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 Skills
• 3+ Years of experience working with ServiceNow
• Experience working in with USA companies
• Ability to develop new knowledge with ease
• Organized & Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to share knowledge and assist teammates

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for the ServiceNow platform
• Define, develop, test, analyze and maintain software applications that enable clients to reach the full potential of their ServiceNow solution
• Provide mentoring, guidance and support to junior team members; sometimes acting as project team lead
