Requirements
- Min. 3 years professional experience in business and process analysis, implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to configure the ServiceNow platform in at least one of the following areas: ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, ITOM, or others
- Experience in implementation and configuration of any of ITOM products (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Implementation experience based on ITIL and/or SCRUM methodology
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and spoken) covering all levels of management as well as technical and business roles
- Ability to explain and paraphrase requirements and make technical assessments
- Excellent English and Polish skills - C1 is a must
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities at various stages of projects
- Proactivity, focusing on solving problems and finding improvements
- Willingness to learn and constantly discover new areas
- Excellent analytical skills
- Availability to occasional business trips
Responsibilities
- Delivering ServiceNow implementation and maintenance projects: building and improving the system and processes
- Working closely with customers to identify and translate their business and technical requirements to be implemented by delivery teams
- Preparing and running workshops, trainings, presentations, consultations, analyses and implementation concepts, collecting feedback from customers
- Defining solution architecture, using out-of-the-box components and plugins, as well as custom features, advising customers on best approach
- Designing, configuring, developing and testing own solutions
- Assessing and producing all relevant technical and customer-facing documentation
- Close cooperation with the internal project team
- Delivering technical consulting services to activate, configure, integrate and customize ServiceNow products, using configuration and if required, scripting
- Coaching and mentoring other delivery team members, sharing ServiceNow best practices and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certificate
- Good programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science or computing-related fields
- Ability to create Web Services β REST, SOAP
- Experience in design, implementation and management of databases
- Experience in creating database-based applications
