Summary

Join Superior Skilled Trades as a contract recruiter with strong VMS experience to support our skilled trades accounts. This high-volume, fast-paced role focuses on national client fulfillment across multiple industries. You will source and submit qualified candidates for VMS-based client requisitions, manage the full recruitment process, navigate multiple vendor management systems, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience in VMS environments and a skilled trades or light industrial staffing background. Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success working in VMS environments (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.)
  • Strong multitasking skills—comfortable managing 20+ open requisitions at once
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and job boards

Responsibilities

  • Source and submit qualified candidates for VMS-based client requisitions
  • Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Navigate multiple vendor management systems (VMS) to track submittals, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and account managers to ensure quick, quality candidate delivery

Benefits

  • Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000
  • Total compensation potential: $80,000 – $110,000+ (base + commission)
