Responsibilities

  • Use CRM tools to manage your assigned book of business, documenting customer interactions, needs, and projects to support a strategic approach
  • Identify growth opportunities within your client base and propose suitable solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present solutions and address customer needs through various channels
  • Become proficient in Summit's systems for quotes, CRM entry, and account management to streamline transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to provide tailored solutions and support customer expansion initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with existing SMB clients, achieving targeted revenue growth
  • Utilize Summit's portfolio to deliver solutions that effectively meet the diverse needs of SMB clients
  • Strategically manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
  • Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Negotiate pricing in line with company policies to maximize value and customer satisfaction
