Responsibilities
- Use CRM tools to manage your assigned book of business, documenting customer interactions, needs, and projects to support a strategic approach
- Identify growth opportunities within your client base and propose suitable solutions that align with their business objectives
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present solutions and address customer needs through various channels
- Become proficient in Summit's systems for quotes, CRM entry, and account management to streamline transactions and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to provide tailored solutions and support customer expansion initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support growth and enhance customer satisfaction
- Drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with existing SMB clients, achieving targeted revenue growth
- Utilize Summit's portfolio to deliver solutions that effectively meet the diverse needs of SMB clients
- Strategically manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
- Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Negotiate pricing in line with company policies to maximize value and customer satisfaction
