Social Impact Manager

Summary

Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a Social Impact Manager Intern! This 3-month, remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company on the verge of an IPO. You will design, implement, and evaluate social impact programs, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a strong understanding of CSR and SDGs, while a Master's degree is preferred. Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of CSR, sustainability, and SDG frameworks
• Experience in program design, project management, or stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of best practices in social impact assessment and reporting
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage initiatives aimed at driving social impact, including community engagement programs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for social responsibility
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of impact programs and partnerships
• Conduct research to identify trends in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development goals (SDGs)
• Advocate for inclusive practices within the organization and among partners
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align impact programs with business objectives
