Join our dynamic brand as a Social Media & Influencer Outreach Specialist! Working remotely in the PST timezone, you'll dedicate 12-14 hours per week to amplify our online presence. Key responsibilities include community engagement on X (formerly Twitter), managing influencer gifting campaigns, and building brand partnerships. You'll track campaign success, optimize strategies, and identify growth opportunities. This part-time role offers potential for scaling. The ideal candidate possesses proven social media management experience, particularly on X, and a strong understanding of influencer marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly with platforms like X (formerly Twitter)
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and ability to identify relevant influencers for brand partnerships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding opportunities for engagement and partnership
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience in measuring campaign performance

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage conversations on X (formerly Twitter) related to the brand and industry
  • Actively comment on and engage with celebrity posts, influencers, and followers to initiate organic, authentic conversations
  • Build and nurture a community of engaged users and brand advocates
  • Research and identify micro-influencers who align with our brand and values
  • Coordinate and manage the gifting process for influencers, sending out up to 50 product gifts per month
  • Track the success and impact of gifting campaigns to measure ROI and engagement
  • Manage relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Oversee influencer communications and ensure the alignment of brand messaging in partnerships
  • Track influencer performance, monitor content, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Track and report on the success of engagement and influencer campaigns
  • Use analytics to optimize influencer outreach strategies and content
  • Continuously identify opportunities for growth within influencer relationships and community engagement
