Remote Social Media Community Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Social Media Community Manager in Astana, Kazakhstan! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in social media and community management. The successful candidate will prepare and publish content, handle user comments, collect and analyze hot topics, and translate business materials.

Requirements

• College degree or above
• Fluent in Kazakh or Russian, and able to work in Chinese or English
• Familiar with Kazakhstan's national conditions, ethnic cultural characteristics, and has some knowledge of local e-commerce
• Familiar and proficient in using various social networks and IM communication tools used by Kazakhstan residents
• Detail-oriented, diligent, with a strong ability to learn and master new things

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, and publish content for social media and community accounts
• Handle and respond to user comments and messages on social media and community platforms
• Collect and analyze hot topics on social media and within communities
• Collect, organize, and translate business materials related to social media and community management
